    • 7:44 when a compressed fluid decompreses rapidly, this absorbs a massive amount of heat. So the high pressure fluid in the can is being released into atmospheric pressure and sucking the heat right out of your hand. Because remember cold cannot transfer only Heat. So it's not the spray making your hand cold. It's your hand losing heat to the spray.

  • Should be fine to use canned air, it's cold because of it decompressing from the compressed state in the can. Also it's usually butane/propane which evaporates anyway and shouldn't leave any contaminants.
